Trust and Friendship

I’ve been with BNI for four and a half years. During these four years, I’ve met small and large entrepreneurs. I’ve done business, and my company has grown.

But above all, I’ve met people. People who offered their help, who wanted to get to know you, people who gave first and foremost without expecting anything in return.

It’s true that we’re here to do business. But to do business, you have to create a bond of trust, and in many cases, friendship, and that friendship will endure over time.

In these last two years, those bonds of friendship and trust have crossed borders. I’ve met Latin American colleagues with whom I’ve built that trust, and in some cases, friendship, which has then generated business.

Now we’re trying to create that same relationship with colleagues from Europe and Asia.

But always remembering that we belong to a chapter. A chapter with colleagues with whom we have to continue working one-on-one, sharing references, and generating business. There are the people who helped us from the first day we joined BNI. Never forget that.
