We are looking for an ambitious Operations Coordinator to support the President of BNI Mainland China leading administrative/project assistant efforts. To be successful as an Operations Coordinator, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly, comfortable with computers, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, the successful candidate should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. This role will have Global responsibility with heavy administrative focus and the opportunity for professional growth and development for future roles.



Roles & Responsibilities  

  • Research and follow up on communications forwarded through Zendesk
  • Collections through varying payment methods
  • Data and database management
  • Update communication channels with regional engagement information
  • Update and distribute performance data spreadsheets
  • Participate in weekly team and status calls
  • Collaboration with Member Success Center

Minimum Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role required
  • Experience with databases and project management software required
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Flexible and adaptable
