Position Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for helping to develop and oversee the company’s daily operations. This role ensures that business operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The Operations Manager will work closely with regional teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional departments to implement and streamline continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations and is capable of collaborating with team members across global markets to improve operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and implementing global operational strategies that align with the CC’s overall objectives.
  • Analyze and improve existing operational processes to increase efficiency and enhance service to our community.
  • Work with Senior Leadership to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are followed across the organization.
  • Collect and analyze data related to our community’s performance and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all processes, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Provide support and guidance to teams implementing and following new processes.
  • Collaborate and provide strategic support on strategic initiatives and projects and will create and build high-level presentations
  • Oversee annual global surveys, ensuring timely deployment, data collection, and analysis.
  • Manage the process of updating operational files ensuring version control, accurate file names, duplicate removal and archiving.
  • Provide support on various GST projects as necessary.
  • Any additional duties needed to help demonstrate our core values, drive our vision, and fulfill our mission.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on a global environment.
  • Proven experience in operations and process management or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel – Advanced Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power BI – Dashboards, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to travel internationally (must have valid passport). International travel 1-2x/yr
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Franchising Experience
  • Advanced Degree (Preferred): An MBA or Master’s in a relevant field is a plus

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
