Who We’re Looking For:
Reporting into the National Director (ND) of BNI Singapore, the Operations Manager/ Coordinator will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner who is the individual responsible for leading operations across BNI Singapore. The candidate will drive strategic transformation and operational excellence to enable a learning culture where collaboration, innovation and agility spur BNI growth.

This Role Entails the Following:
- Work closely with the ND and management team to ensure that all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are properly executed following best practices.
- Lead the administrative support and day-to-day operations including managing the administrative team, owning the relationships with the national and global support team, and overseeing customer and field leader support.
- Maintain accurate records, data and membership information in timely manner
- Ensure the efficiency of the national office team to meet current and future needs from operational, financial, team development, strategic, and data-driven perspectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and the application of company practices and policies, in collaboration with the human resources and legal department.
- Basic Financial reconciliation of bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Oversee and assist the planning and coordination of the annual national and regional events with the organizing committees.
- Procurement of Office supplies and BNI related materials
- The role requires a full-time presence at the workplace.
Minimum Requirements
- At least five years’ experience in operations and/or diploma/degree in business administration, communications, or any related field.
- Track record of leading operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to act as a change agent and lead others through change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin written/ and spoken
- Tech savvy and Microsoft office competent
- Able to adhere to confidentiality rules befitting BNI work ethics.
