As a Membership Sales Professional you will support prospective and existing BNI members through a variety of inbound and outbound communications and tasks. If you are right for this job, you will have outstanding sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude, ready to learn a lot and contribute significant value to BNI. With a high level of professionalism, sense of urgency and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to make a big impact to small business owners throughout the United States. We will expect you to exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

This Role Entails the Following:

  • The opportunity to work in BNI’s Global Headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Working as part of a high energy and agile sales team
  • Connecting with members and prospective members via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Communicate the value of BNI to prospective members and help them find and visit a local chapter using BNI systems and technology
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Understand productivity goals and proactively work to meet or exceed them
  • Provide feedback on issues to develop improved processes
  • An appreciation and excitement for our culture of Givers Gain®

Minimum Experience & Education

  • At least two years of sales and call center experience preferred
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent job experience
