Position Summary

As a Membership Sales Professional you will support prospective and existing BNI members through a variety of inbound and outbound communications and tasks. With a high level of professionalism, sense of urgency and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to make a big impact to small business owners throughout the United States. Roles and Responsibilities

This Role Entails the Following:

  • Working as part of a high energy and agile sales team
  • Connecting with members and prospective members via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Communicate the value of BNI to prospective members and help them find and visit a local chapter using BNI systems and technology
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Understand productivity goals and proactively work to meet or exceed them
  • Provide feedback on issues to develop improved processes
  • An appreciation and excitement for our culture of Givers Gain®



  • Fluent in French
  • At least two years of sales experience, call center experience is preferred
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent job experience
  • Able to work on-site in our Charlotte, NC headquarters
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Meeting (but preferably, over-achieving) quota
  • Experience with a CRM preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
