Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the BNI Finance team, the Financial Analyst will provide analysis and reporting to assist in managing the P&L, forecast, and performance metrics for BNI’s business and market leaders. The individual will understand drivers of the business, and provide leadership with accurate, timely and relevant information. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of forecasting, cost planning, day to day finance support for leadership, and assist with broader Financial Planning and Analysis topics.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring financials are accurately projected
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations
  • Preparing revenue forecast / outlook
  • Assisting in cost planning, cost reporting, and budgeting from start to finish
  • Collaborating with a wide variety of business partners, including international market leaders
  • Completing ad hoc requests and perform other duties as needed in a timely manner
  • Providing support / transparency to market leaders on customer acquisition and retention (among other revenue drivers)
  • Playing flexible role within Finance team as reporting needs and initiatives evolve

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or 1-3 years of finance-related experience (experience in professional services environment a plus)
