Overview
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Digital Systems, the CRM Implementation Coordinator is responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Creatio CRM platform to meet evolving business requirements. This role combines technical skill with strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure seamless CRM operations, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Creatio CRM based on business requirements. Implement workflows, business processes, data models, fields/objects, dashboards, and automations.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Execute pre- and post-implementation activities, including configuration, testing, go-live support, and documentation.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting issues, and ensure timely resolution for field users, regional directors, and internal teams
- Create detailed documentation, including requirement notes, testing plans, and release notes if required.
- Participate in discussions with internal teams to identify process gaps and suggest CRM improvements.
- Actively upskill through Creatio Academy programs and continuously learn new CRM capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments and vendors as needed for integration, testing, and support.
- Any additional duties needed to help demonstrate our core values, drive our vision, and fulfill our mission.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Able to effectively communicate in English.
- Frontend:
- Creatio CRM (Hands-on configuration, workflows, objects, dashboards)
- Basic reporting & dashboarding
- Understanding of CRM UX/UI modules
- Backend:
- MS Office Suite:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- Creatio CRM administrative tools:

- Object configuration
- Section wizard
- Business processes
- Roles & permissions
- Basic data skills:

- Experience with other CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, HubSpot)
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
