Position Summary:

The Corporate Services Administrator is responsible for overseeing local legal, administrative, and human resource activities to ensure operational compliance with applicable laws, corporate policies, and best practices. This role serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership—providing hands-on support for day-to-day operations, internal processes, and local labor law matters. While the Administrator manages most issues at the local level, they also coordinate with corporate HR and Legal teams when matters require enterprise-level guidance or escalation. Strong legal acumen, sound judgment, and exceptional administrative skills are essential to success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Local level Legal & Compliance

  • Provide initial review and local support for contracts, agreements, and regulatory matters before coordinating with Legal or HR for final guidance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, employment agreements, and company policies for final legal counsel review and approval.
  • Serves as the local subject matter expert for country-specific labor and contract law, advising global Legal and HR teams to ensure compliance and contextual accuracy. This role bridges local regulatory requirements with corporate policies, providing critical insights that shape enterprise-wide decisions and documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Maintain company licenses, registrations, and statutory records.

Human Resources (HR)

  • Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding.
  • Develop and implement office-level HR procedures, and policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage compliance with labor and insurance laws.
  • Handle terminations in compliance with local law.

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and vendor management.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with local vendors like service providers, landlords, suppliers, etc before submitting to legal team.
  • Support budgeting and cost control for administrative and HR functions.

Cross-functional Support

  • Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders (government authorities, law firms, auditors, suppliers).
  • Provide strategic input to the management team on risk management and compliance planning.
  • Contribute to company culture by promoting integrity, teamwork, and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

**Language: ** Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related field. A professional certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in legal, HR, and administrative functions, preferably in multinational or fast-growing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, corporate law, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven HR management experience including recruitment, employee relations.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion.
