Overview

Reporting to the Business Development Director, based in Bangalore. Position Description

  • Business Development Associate is responsible for Supporting the growth of the company and winning new business. Business Development Associates should focus on introducing new opportunities and taking those opportunities to win new projects. Should focus on introducing new clients or lead opportunities by researching and analyzing industry and trends. Owning client relationships & life cycles, managing, and handling the annual renewal of clients, and working with the operations team on strategy.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of professional experience.
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience in business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Well-versed in the use of social media email as a marketing tool.
  • Working knowledge of Digital Marketing as whole and various aspects such as SEO, Website, Social media, marketing automation, Paid and Digital advertising
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
  • Good at problem-solving and Strong Writing and Communication Skills. MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES
  • Understands website metrics and best practices
