Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Compliances professional to join our Finance Team. The role will be responsible for Accounting, Reporting and Compliances for entities in APAC Region. The candidate should have an excellent understanding of Finance concepts, Internal Control, Legal & Regulatory compliances, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the execution and delivery of financial reporting and compliance activities across designated APAC entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency within established processes. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of accounting close, financial reporting, and statutory compliance processes, while working within established frameworks and partnering with external service providers. The candidate should have an excellent understanding of Finance concepts, Internal Control, Legal & Regulatory compliances, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Dimensions:

Ownership & Autonomy: The role has direct ownership of assigned processes (e.g., close, reporting, compliance tracking) and is expected to, with guidance available, independently manage execution, identify issues, and drive resolution within those processes. While operating within established policies and controls, the individual exercises judgment in prioritization, issue escalation, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders, with independence.

Impact & Scope: The role contributes to the reliability of financial reporting and compliance adherence across six APAC entities, directly impacting risk mitigation, audit readiness, and operational continuity. Impact is primarily at the process and country/entity level, with opportunities to influence improvements in efficiency, controls, and vendor management practices over time.

Ways of Working: The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder coordination, particularly with finance teams, country leadership, and third-party compliance providers across geographies. Success in the role depends on balancing execution excellence with continuous process improvement, while navigating varying levels of entity maturity and complexity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accounting, Closing, Preparation of Financials statements, Reporting for entities in APAC region
  • Adherence to Internal control and company policies
  • Manage Internal and External Audit
  • Direct Tax, Indirect Tax compliances
  • Local EPF,CPF, Gratuity, Professional Tax Compliances
  • Coordinate with external Service providers for compliance
  • Track changes in Regulatory and Legal environments that have potential impact

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CA/CMAwith2-3Years in Accounting, Audit, Reporting, Internal Control, Taxation
  • Ability to work with external partners and collaborate with all departments
  • Hands- On experience in Tax(IT, GST, PT) and other compliances
  • Good Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of ERP (Preferably NetSuite)
