About Your New Role:
- Lead with purpose: Take ownership of operational systems and processes, streamlining workflows to deliver maximum efficiency and impact.
- Empower and grow: Coach and develop a small, high-performing team while supporting a wide network of internal stakeholders and customers across New Zealand.
- Drive strategic projects: Oversee key initiatives, including integrating core and franchised regions, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
- Turn strategy into action: Implement global strategies and measurable outcomes that make a real difference.
- Collaborate and connect: Build strong partnerships across teams nationally and globally whilst fostering alignment and a culture of trust and innovation.
- Deliver with impact: Manage resources and service delivery, contributing to procurement, contracts, events, and training that elevate member experience.
- Own the numbers: Oversee and manage P&L budgeting and risk within operations, supported by a well-established support function across finance, HR, IT and legal.
