Position Summary 

Job Description:  Regional Admin for Sri Lanka

Reporting to the Area Director for BNI Sri Lanka (located at BNI Sri Lanka), the Regional Admin will work to ensure that every BNI member and potential member has an exclusive, VIP experience and becomes a natural promoter of BNI.  This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing team and a growing company.   High performers will have increased growth opportunities available to them.

Roles and Responsibilities

This Role Entails the Following:

  • Member Application entry, updates, and General Management
  • Managing backend member functions of our BNI Connect system database.
  • Updating rosters; add/drop/name modifications/etc.
  • Payment reconciliation
  • Customer Service support via Zendesk online support
  • Member and director support through inbound/outbound calls and chat to teams in the United States
  • Working hours consistent with Sri Lanka business hours


Job Requirements:

  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Three-year degree with a 3.0 GPA or better or significant offsetting experience
  • Administrative background
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel for data analysis
  • Strong references, clean background, customer service orientation, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent oral communication skills with a high level of professional confidence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collegial environment
  • An appreciation and excitement for our culture of Givers Gain®


This is a full-time role based out of BNI’s Sri Lanka office, with frequent correspondence with Reporting Manager in Sri Lanka.
