BNI is seeking an exceptional and strategic President of Global CORE Operations

About the Role:
The President of Global Core Regions, reporting to the CEO, will drive improved growth and consistency in its company-owned regions, sharing best practices between company-owned regions and franchised operations to support broader brand growth worldwide. They will work closely with senior leadership to establish financial and operational plans, quantifying them via detailed annual budgets and multi-year projections, with the initial focus being the company-owned regions in the US. After achieving stabilization and enhanced growth there, the President will then port those learnings to company-owned regions outside of the US. Importantly, the company has a growing, centralized Member Success Center within its Charlotte headquarters; the President will further integrate this sales capability within the US Core organization and then evaluate if opening other Member Success Centers outside the US is worthwhile.

Minimum Requirements, Experience & Education
Four-year degree or related field required; MBA preferred
At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.
Unmatched budgeting, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Top-notch leadership, supervisory, and conflict resolution skills.
Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to embark on local and international travel, as needed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
