Position Summary 

We are seeking a talented and creative US Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs, managing marketing campaigns, supporting events, and promoting our services across the US market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the US National Office, Global Marketing, our US field team, and others to ensure consistent branding and effective communication. Roles and Responsibilities 


  • Develop and execute US marketing campaigns and programs that support Chapter launches, Member acquisition and retention, and storytelling
  • Manage the execution of global marketing campaigns in the US market
  • Create and manage content and distribution for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email, and newsletters
  • Support the successful execution of the annual US National Conference and other regional events
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to optimize marketing efforts
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, utilizing analytics tools and metrics to measure success
  • Ad-hoc marketing projects 

Graphic Design 

  • Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, infographics, social media graphics, email/newsletter templates, banners, advertisements, and other promotional materials
  • Conceptualize and execute designs that align with the company’s branding guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with target audiences



  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Marketing Coordinator
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other graphic design software. AI design tool experience a plus
  • Must have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
  • Familiarity with video editing software and multimedia tools is a plus
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design concepts that align with marketing goals
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing concepts
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively


Physical Demands and Working Conditions
