I attribute our ability to endure this(COVID) period to BNI and the referrals from our members!
When my husband and I first started our business, we bought a window cleaning route from my brother that was primarily commercial. I joined BNI two years into owning the business and began receiving referrals for residential window cleaning from chapter members and their contacts. Determined not to let down my chapter members, my husband and I had to quickly become proficient in residential window cleaning to serve homeowners, not just business owners. We rolled up our sleeves, tackled those referrals, and soon learned how to meet the needs of homeowners through our professional skills, expanding our clientele significantly.
Fast forward to March 2020, when we faced a devastating weekend as most of our commercial clients emailed to suspend or cancel their services. However, our residential clients supported us through COVID by continuing their service, which allowed us to sustain our business during the most challenging year we’ve ever faced. I attribute our ability to endure this period to BNI and the referrals from our members!
