About the Role:

The VP of Sales, reporting to the President of Global Markets, will drive improved growth and consistency in its Ireland region, sharing best practices between company-owned regions and franchised operations to support broader brand growth. They will work closely with senior leadership to establish Sales, Financial, and Operational plans, quantifying them via detailed annual budgets and multi-year projections.

Only candidates based in Dublin, Ireland area will be considered.

The successful candidate must be adept in designing a Sales Org structure that will support the company’s continued growth and clearly communicate and align all stakeholders to the Company’s vision and strategy. As a leader, the VP of Sales must also be passionate about building, developing, and mentoring a strong team.

This Role Entails the Following:

  • Own and execute on the growth goals for the Ireland region on a membership and budget level.
  • Oversee daily Sales functions, including providing executive direction for program strategies and efficiencies, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and address staffing requirements for efficient sales and maintain a strong work culture that attracts and retains people while driving BNI’s mission.
  • Provide leadership to regional and managing directors to ensure implementation of growth in membership and profitability.
  • Oversee national development and expansion.
  • Collaborate with team to develop program ensuring we provide a consistent brand experience and deliver on our brand promise.
  • Prepare accurate and timely analyses capturing and communicating business results, variances, and performance trends.
  • Cultivate and maintain key relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide collaborative leadership as an integral part of our Senior Leadership Team.

Minimum Experience & Education:

  • Four-year degree or related field required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of Sales Leadership and industry-related experience including three years in upper management required.
  • Unmatched budgeting, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Top-notch leadership, supervisory, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to embark on local and international travel, as needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
