Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, with a primary focus [RG1] on providing global concierge services to our Directors and ensuring a seamless experience for our Members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational efficiency, organization, and collaboration to enhance overall team performance and improve Member engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions of the organization.
  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline internal processes, enhance workflows, and improve overall operational efficiency. Identify and implement improvements to maximize productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Key deliverable will be to serve as the primary point of contact for Directors, offering concierge-level support to facilitate Member connections and engagement.
  • Proactively facilitate introductions, networking opportunities, and collaborations among Members to help them maximize the value of their membership.
  • Coordinate and manage Member services, ensuring personalized support, seamless access to opportunities, events, and strategic connections.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Member satisfaction and engagement through proactive support and strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure alignment in operational goals and help foster effective communication between departments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, client relations role, preferably in a luxury or membership-based organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of high-net-worth individuals and their needs, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill those needs with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex or unique requests with tact and diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of global destinations, travel logistics, high-end services, and event coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with member management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
