 Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a new, enthusiastic and independent resource to join the team as Office Manager. A dynamic person with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.   The role requires a “can do/will do” attitude, the management of different priorities while respecting deadlines. A person who learns quickly and wants to learn and who above all knows how to work in a team.

The role requires a full-time presence at the headquarters in the Amendola area, Milan.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the administrative and operational activities of the office
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and meetings
  • Assisting the President with administrative tasks, agenda management and travel
  • Be the point of contact and take care of the maintenance of the offices and relations with external suppliers
  • Manage confidential information at your discretion
  • Take care of active/passive invoicing, calculation of external collaborators’ compensation and royalties
  • Management and coordination of orders and shipments
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Available for occasional trips in Italy (or abroad if applicable)

Experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of office manager
  • Excellent skills in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent level of English language
  • Good skills with computer systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly capable and competent administrative manager
  • Previous experience in customer service preferable
  • Fast learning and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage different priorities and meet deadlines
  • Autonomous and independent who knows how to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and problem solver
  • Good familiarity with using Zoom and CognitoForm
  • Knowledge of Stripe Payments preferred
