Position Summary

As the Manager, Inside Sales, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and development of a department within our Inside Sales Team (Member Success Center). You will provide product knowledge, call feedback to develop team Members, hold self and others accountable for high-quality results, set priorities, and delegate work in conjunction with the Director. In addition, you will excel in identifying and analyzing processes and making recommendations for the continual improvement of the team.

This Role Entails the Following (*Indicates essential job functions):

  • Supervise the daily work of Inside Sales Representatives*
  • Coach associates to build sales skills, and product knowledge*
  • Participate in on-boarding and training initiatives to engage and acclimate new team Members*
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical processes and product/service understanding
  • Conduct side-by-side coaching and call monitoring
  • Provide coverage when representatives are out of office
  • Act as the point of escalation for questions/concerns
  • An appreciation and excitement for our culture of Givers Gain®

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with multiple departments, multi-task, and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior customer service, sales, or phone experience required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 2-4 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of BNI products/services preferred
