Position Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for managing routine functions of the human resources department including but not limited to hiring staff, performance evaluations, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global HR, this individual plays an integral role in ensuring we have a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global HR strategy, drive HR initiatives and ensure aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters across multiple countries and regions and advise on recommendations and actions effectively.
  • Develop resources, training and other tools for manager best practices and performance improvement in alignment with our core values, practices and processes.
  • Manage onboarding process from offer to hire
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Assist with creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Conduct employee exit interviews, summarize findings and discuss trends and concerns with respective stakeholders
  • Promote our core values and shaping a positive culture
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Other related tasks as assigned



  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably at a global level
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or similar field
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with an HRIS, ADP preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software


  • HR certification(s)

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists,

hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
