Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading various marketing-related projects, including but not limited to campaign strategy and execution, print and digital content creation, vendor relationship management, and website marketing enhancements. This role will be highly visible to BNI’s Senior Leadership Team and will collaborate across various departments (Product Development, Sales Performance, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Legal) to support organizational growth goals. 

Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Strategic partner assisting to develop annual marketing plans and produce marketing collateral and campaign assets aligned to the business’ growth strategy 
  • Coordinates across market research, data analytics and optimization, product marketing and other cross-functional teams to accelerate Membership growth across global markets 
  • Drives coordination across multiple teams for campaign execution, including content & social marketing, product, design & usability, account management, events, legal and finance 
  • Responsible for managing vendors on creative direction, execution and optimization of global marketing programs and campaigns and oversees tactical implementation and execution 
  • Builds highly functional relationships with partners and industry peers to ensure clear communications and effective project delivery 
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements, Experience & Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred 
  • 5-10 years of relevant, upwardly-mobile experience  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; advanced Excel preferred 
  • Excellent formal and informal written communications skills 
  • Track record of success in campaign execution, customer acquisition, business strategy, and other growth-oriented initiatives
