Overview

Reporting to the President of BNI France, the Director of Field Operations plans, coordinates, and drives the day-to-day business development, Member growth, and of the field organization. Responsible for overseeing the personnel management, administration, and enforcement of policies, training, and coaching for Regional Directors including Member growth, and achievement of organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Direct and Support the France Annual Strategy

  • Provide oversight and coaching regarding weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives including data analytics for decision making and to improve performance.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations of Regional Directors to help achieve maximum efficiency in the design and output of processes and teams.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable, and positive environment within BNI Field Operations.
  • Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of BNI are embraced and continuously practiced.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team on the development, communication, and implementation and execution of effective growth strategies and processes to achieve and surpass sales, business goals, and objectives.
  • Report on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to your team.
  • Assist the President with planning and executing special projects.
  • Identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the region.
  • Participate in strategic business planning and growth projections for your division
  • In collaboration with, and when necessary cross functional partners, develop and manage field force alignments, resource requirements, and any expansion/realignment initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Develop and Lead a Successful Team 

  • Hiring, training, developing, and appraising staff effectively; taking corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policies
  • Support, motivate, and empower a high-performing team of Regional Directors; attract, recruit, and retain recommended members of the team.
  • Providing day-to-day leadership and management of Regional Directors reflecting company core values.
  • Schedule, plan, prepare and facilitate Team meetings.
  • Conduct high frequency coaching calls that include mentoring and are focused on accountability (organizationally, focusing on Managing Directors and their support of regions).
  • Proven track record of solving significant – structural field operations challenges ending up in long term stability and significant sales outcome.
  • Weekly Travels across region in France to visit Regional Directors, DC’s, attend and supportChapters and events as well as frequent meetings in Paris are required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial position
  • Strong English (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience in working with IT systems (Forecasting, CRM Databases)
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members to reach full potential
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
