The Chapter Success Coach (CSC), reporting to the Managing Director of their region ensures regional, chapter and member success. CSCs support chapter quality through the adoption of BNI best practices and Chapter growth by ensuring every new Member has a good onboarding experience and has the referral partners they need to be successful. CSCs work closely with the Managing Director, Member Success Center and Chapter Launch Coaches to launch new chapters in the region. Our most successful CSCs are actively engaged in building relationships, education, accountability, and mentorship for 8-12 chapters.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote membership through recruitment in active and forming chapters and member retention in each chapter with the goal being 70% overall retention in each chapter.
  • Mentor all new Members in the BNI Region by calling them within a week of their induction, have check-in calls monthly throughout their 1st 2 years in BNI Membership, have a 121 with all new members within their first 30 days, ensuring 100% MSP completion and Passport to Success program. Actively work with members to resolve issues and ensure they are receiving a great member experience by working with Chapter Leadership.
  • Ensure 100% of all new Members attend First Year Member Essential training in their first 30 days.
  • Develop and implement, with the manager, an effective strategy to ensure members renew their membership on a recurring basis utilizing BNI Connect and Insights.
  • Promote chapter growth through operational support, outreach, training, marketing, coaching, and development with the goal being all chapters > 30 members.
  • Responsible for sales growth of BNI events such as conventions, higher tiered memberships, outside training.
  • At least monthly, visit, engage with, and recognize success in each chapter by regularly attending Chapter Meetings and in-person BNI regional events to encourage new member growth, improve member loyalty, and increase member lifetime value and driving sales to increase new membership.
  • Plan and execute regional events in alignment with the Managing Director’s annual plan.
  • Continuously identify prospects and engage them with relevant offers in active and forming chapters.
  • Manage leadership team selection and training process ensuring each chapter has a professional, focused, and growth-minded Leadership Team to ensure Pure BNI meetings are being run.
  • Manage and train sales process in each chapter with emphasis on each chapters Visitor Host Team.
  • Always attend regional and CORE team meetings and CSC training.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting and work weekly with your Managing Director.
  • Other tasks and elements as communicated by BNIs US Core Leadership Team and the Managing Director.

Minimum Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service required.
  • Professional work experience in customer support preferred.
  • Experience in territory/account management preferred.
  • Prior BNI experience preferred.
  • Superb time management and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
